| WARRANTY POLICIES/RETURNS The Warranty for Fluoro-Dye branded products is as follows: For one (1) year after purchase, Fluoro-Dye will repair or replace (at our discretion ) any product with defects in materials and /or workmanship. Should it become necessary to return a defective item to us, please follow the return procedures outlined below. RETURNS If you need to return an item to us, please follow these procedures to insure prompt processing. Request a RGA# (Return Goods Authorization). Contact us at our customer service department at 1-800-892-3931 or e-mail us at Customerservice@Fluoro-dye.com. After Receiving your RGA# use the original packaging, return the item via insured US Mail or UPS. ( Fluoro-Dye will refund the actual shipping costs taken from the UPS label or postage label on damaged merchandise or miss-shipment. )
